GEKA BRUSH is a medium sized company that specialises in the development and production of premium brushes and
applicators as well as complete packaging solutions for the decorative cosmetics industry.
Originally family owned the company was acquired by Halder through a buy out in 1999. In 2005, Equita, a
venture capital branch from the Harald Quandt group bought Halder's share by means of secondary buy out.
Today, GEKA BRUSH extends on an area of approximately 40.000 m² in the heart of Franconia, where the
headquarters are located. Close by, GEKA's trading division Victoria Cosmetics that was acquired in
1971 can be found. Victoria Cosmetics is a competent partner for cosmetics accessories.
600 employees produce more than 200 mio. mascara packages per year. Besides the headquarters in Waizendorf,
GEKA BRUSH has a plant location in Wald-Michelbach since October 2005 as well as a production facility in the UK
that was founded in 1971.
