Victoria Cosmetics

GEKA's wholly owned subsidiary, Victoria Cosmetics contributes approximately 10 % to the overall performance of the GEKA Group and is located near the premises of GEKA Germany. Victoria Cosmetics coordinates trade with well established contacts in Asia, importing and trading cosmetics brushes, powder puffs, sponges and related accessories and promotional items to cosmetic houses and retail chains. Specially designed high quality brushes are also produced in Germany by subcontractors who are former GEKA employees.

Schwan-STABILO Cosmetics

Mixture, applicator, packaging – they’re ready-packed thanks to our cooperative agreement with the innovative mass manufacturer Schwan-STABILO Cosmetics. The joint mascara range is perfectly coordinated and matched, and includes all the various textures. We offer everything from comprehensive service, such as color development, to customizing. Our customers benefit from our high level of formulation expertise, reliable compatibility forecasts and shared knowledge of the international market. Consistently high quality in compliance with international legal requirements is guaranteed.

Our strategy to become world class has led to benchmarking and dialogue with other companies that we believe may assist in our corporate objectives. Toly Products, Malta and International

The association between GEKA and Toly began in late 1995 and has included many meetings between key management members to discuss strategic issues. It has also involved numerous joint presentations to customers and shared product developments, examples including packaging lines for Elizabeth Arden and Chanel. Toly has undertaken the distribution of GEKA products through its divisions in France and the United Kingdom. There is joint participation at exhibitions in Bologna, New York, Monaco and Paris. The strategic alliance of GEKA and Toly allows each company to maintain its financial independence and its entrepreneurial individuality while creating a more powerful combined presence in the international market. The fundamental principles of the partnership are founded on mutual trust, open and direct communication exploring and creating mutual benefits both for our own organisations and for our customers.

Total Quality Management at GEKA has been improved by the exchange of ideas between Toly and GEKA. Further technical exchange programmes and benchmarking exercises have been initiated. GEKA and Toly freely exchange information and experience, providing mutual support to enhance efficiencies and capabilities and simplify joint product developments. This enables us to more effectively reach our common strategic goals and to offer a wider complementary range of products and services to the cosmetics industry.

Strategic Alliances & Cooperation Partners

Sinwa, Japan

Sinwa has been a leading supplier for more than 20 years, most notably to Shiseido of Japan, providing the finest quality, exclusive products such as nail enamel cap und brush assemblies and other cosmetics brushes. Under the direction of company president Hideyuki Kishi, Sinwa is now seeking to extend its product range and is looking beyond the domestic Japanese market. Sinwa has been cooperating with GEKA since October 1997, promoting GEKA's products to the cosmetics houses of Japan.
