In 2004 GEKA set a new milestone in mascara application with its first moulded brush ever
- the "Elastoflex" brush of Beiersdorf brand "Nivea Beauté" - which resulted in
great success for both Beiersdorf and GEKA.
Given this success and the tremendous potential the injection moulding technique has
to offer for further brush optimizing, GEKA presents the new generation of moulded brushes.
Barely restricted by patents, the injection moulding technology allows free and perfect
adjustment of brush and bristles to the desired application target.
Position, length, diameter and cross section geometry can be specified for each single
bristle. Brush dimension and bristle count variations are a thing of the past.
