Innovationshow New York

Theme of this year’s Innovation Show was “inner and outer beauty”. The show began on September 28 and 29 with private presentations at primary target customers and moved to the Sheraton Manhattan Hotel on October 2nd and 3rd for invited customer guests.

Together with our alliance partner Toly Products from Malta, we presented our latest innovations in the corresponding segments. GEKA showed its new ideas in the lips, eyes and nail area. Toly presented various ideas for compacts, skin care and promotional items. The leading position in this event is always our American colleagues from the GEKA-Toly office in New Jersey.

As a special guest, we had the pleasure to welcome Michele Burke and her husband Michael. Michele Burke is one of the most famous make-up artists in Hollywood, and has worked with many well-know celebrities. She has been nominated for 6 Academy Awards for Best Make-up in films and has won the award two times. Thanks to her experience and excellent work, she also cooperates with large cosmetic houses. During the show, Michele Burke was there to give support with the live application tests.

Fancy foods such as sushi, sashimi, oysters, shrimps and Mediterranean specialties were not only an eye-catcher, but also a delicious meal for all attendees.

Fruit Smoothie drinks provided all our guests the vitamin kick for the day.

Yvette Mahon designed and decorated the Sheraton room under the title of inner harmony and outer balance.
